Cancellation Policy

F.R.I.E.N.D.S. WITH TALENT BOOKING POLICY ANY APPOINTMENTS LATER THAN 15 MINUTES WILL OCCUR A $15.00 LATE FEE. IF MORE THAN 20 MINUTES LATE, CLIENT WILL NEED TO RESCHEDULE (UNLESS APPROVED BY STYLIST)- IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 20 MINUTES LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT-DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE WITH NO OPTION TO RESCHEDULE (NEW DEPOSIT MUST BE RESUBMITTED). LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION-NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF BALANCE DUE. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ( DEPOSIT ONLY REFUNDABLE IF STYLIST RESCHEDULES OR CANCELS YOUR APPOINTMENT). IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE CALL THE BOOKING NUMBER 1-844-9FW-TJBS (1-844-939-8527) or reschedule on our website jess-growhairproducts.com. ALL RESCHEDULES MUST GIVE A 48 HOUR NOTICE IN ORDER FOR DEPOSIT TO REMAIN IN GOOD STANDING. DEPOSIT(S) ARE ONLY GOOD PER ONE RESCHEDULE, WITH A 48 HOURS NOTICE- if notice is less than 48 hours you must resubmit new deposit to reschedule. Any cancellations 24 hours before session will be charged $25.00 fee, Any cancellations less than 12 hours will be charged 50% for services scheduled- if card is not on file, you will not be able to schedule appointment until fee is paid-no exceptions. All no show appointments must pay in full-when booking next appointment-no exceptions.
